An annual international conference is held each year at the end of April. The location of the conference is chosen by the conference committee and approved by the Board of Directors. Throughout the year, various seminars may be held in different areas of the country by the Regions or by the local Chapters.

Within each Region, Chapters have been formed to provide a more localized response to member needs. All Chapters must have Chapter bylaws which are consistent with the Association bylaws, and all Chapter actions must be consistent with National policies and guidelines.
