|
|
My local plumbing supply house (employees) still do not have a great grasp of my needs and turnaround timing for pricing and ordering of replacement parts. Rebuild kits are not stocked and the background knowledge is not there. Every time that I need something I have to go into lengthy detail, then the information is forwarded on to someone else, and then they call or email Watts. Is there a way that I can contact the Watts depot or Watts sales directly with my information request? The way that I am thinking, I would email the information to Watts. Watts would then send the pricing information directly to my supply house. Then the supply houses can price the kit(s) for sales to me. This way everybody wins, and we all win faster more efficiently. I still purchase from my supply house. Watts still sells to the supply house. And I get the information that I need in a timely fashion, without my supply house calling me back multiple times to ask another question because they forgot to write something down.
